The “swimmer’s shoulder” is a condition that affects the shoulder joint in all swimmers and this injury can get us out of the water for a good time, something that of course no one wants, that’s why we have these simple tips to avoid it.

  • Dry work to strengthen stabilizing muscles and core.
  • Have a good technique and maintain it in times of fatigue.
  • A good recovery after training (stretching, feeding, hydration) and after crossings (rest, physical therapy).
